Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in attract a charge of one night's tariff.
No-show
In case of a no-show without prior intimation, one night's tariff is charged.
Amendments
Date or room-category changes are free, subject to availability and any difference in tariff. WhatsApp or call us and we will take care of it.
Refunds
Any eligible refund is processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Group & peak bookings
Bookings of 3 or more rooms, and peak dates such as Rath Yatra and New Year, may carry a separate cancellation schedule which will always be shared with you before confirmation.
